Saving Jason Hatchett from being homeless.

Hello my friends, my name is Martha Akers and I am raising money to save my friend from being homeless. I don’t want you to think of my friend as someone who takes and takes but as a person who was taken from.
My story is going to start with a little bit of background. Jason is a talented fiddle player, who was in a very serious car accident at a young age with his mother. His mother and father are divorced. I remembered when I first moved here 32 years ago and I met him. He sat in the local cafe with his grandfather Casey Jones. ( a fine fiddle player himself). Jason had this huge scar on his forehead. I was told he was in a car accident. I never Inquired about it. I watched him grow up, play music, and become a barber. He grandfather took him everywhere and introduced him to everyone. He was trying to make a life for him.
Casy died eventually, he left everything to Jason. He made sure Jason was set in life.
Jason lives a simple life, he plays music, he has his little business (A barber shop) and luckily he has a yard that he fills at craft fair with vendors. This is how he pays his bills, his taxes, he buys groceries. If you met Jason you would see why his grandfather made sure he was taken care off. Did the accident cause the problems? maybe, or was it there before, I do not know, but I do know he was taken advantage of. He is a simple kind of guy. Lives in the same house he grew up in, same dishes, had a car but it finally died. Walks everywhere or depends on friends.
Recently someone he trusted told him he would help him. Jason listen eagerly and heard that they could borrow money on his house, get his car fixed, pay some debt( occurred during Covid) do home improvements. Jason was all for it, he signed this person on to his house so they could borrow money ( even though Jason had equity in his home he had no way of paying the money back with his meager income) they borrowed the money, never saw a penny of it. 150000! The person with the job quit paying on house. Jason is trying to sell it. Meanwhile the mortgage is mounting. If you could find it in your heart to help it would be most appreciated. Why would anyone in their right mind do this? I don’t know, but I do know Jason is not right minded.
Yes I’m asking for a little more than what is owed so he can get a car and home repairs. I’m praying this all works out. Thank you in advance. Peace
