Saving for Seraphina
Donation protected
My brother & only sibling, Damon, unexpectedly passed away on Monday, 2/28 from an apparent blood clot around his heart. He left behind my 4-year-old niece (Seraphina), and his fiancée & partner of 13 years, Chelsea.
Damon & Seraphina were the absolute best of friends that shared a bond unlike any other father & daughter I’ve ever seen. Damon’s life revolved around Seraphina, & he always went above & beyond to make her feel like the only girl in the world. After all, to him, she absolutely was.
Seraphina was alone with her daddy when he passed & remained alone for approximately 7 hours until Chelsea got home from work & found him. She has told us daddy was reaching for his phone & fell out of bed, & that was the end. She also said she tried to tickle him with a feather to wake him up, tried to open his eyelids, & even tried to give him pretend medicine to make him feel better. Absolutely gut-wrenching.
My brother did not have life insurance, but he wanted nothing less than the world for Seraphina. It’s my duty as his sister to help ensure she is taken care of, but we can’t do it alone.
I don’t ask for much & always donate to others when I’m able, but this time, I’m asking for help for my niece.
Please, if you’re able, donate to this sweet child. We’re forgoing a traditional funeral because we know Damon would rather the money go to Seraphina.
If you’re unable to donate monetarily, please send prayers or share this link. Prayers & shares are free.
