Help us Save Dogs in Southern California
Donation protected
My name is Matthew Szafranek. My wife Ryannon and I live in Jurupa Valley in Southern California. Our passion is saving dogs on "death row" at our local animal shelters and transporting them to rescues where they are safe. Ultimately getting these babies to their furever homes with families.
For 15 years, we have been adopting senior dogs who were forgotten in the shelter. We've had quite the pack over the years. Now that our human children are grown, we started transporting dogs. With everything going on right now, there are endless numbers of dogs to save every day.
In January, we had to shut down our family business. We had three shops in Southern California that serviced and repaired Emergency Vehicles, such as fire trucks, ambulances, police vehicles, and mobile command units. We shut down because of increased operating costs and inability to get parts.
While we wind down the rest of our operations, we want to move as many dogs as possible. IN THE NEXT THIRTY DAYS. This sounds like a lofty goal, but we moved to California to chase the dream, and while we figure out what that dream looks like, there are many dogs who need to be saved.
We have rescues in Oklahoma and Seattle who can take as many dogs as we can bring. We will be running up and down the interstates nonstop this next month delivering babies to safety.
Many of you wish you could save dogs personally, but can’t because of some obligation or the other. I totally get it. I’ve been in that position for most of my life. Here’s away you can help, despite being busy. Every dollar keeps us moving down the road.
Thank you all for your thought, prayers, love and support.
