There is a heartbreaking scam in Uganda where dogs and cats are deliberately starved and injured, then showcased online to solicit donations under the guise of rescue. We started sharing the truth to warn others, and it led to a strong community of people from around the world, eager to help.

Behind the scenes, we are a dedicated group working tirelessly to shut down these scams and rescue the dogs and cats caught in this horrific cycle. But there are still many more who need our help. The rescue process is costly. These animals often arrive in dire condition, requiring immediate vet care for injuries and disease, as well as vaccinations, neutering, and quarantine. Transporting each dog overseas can cost over £2000.

We’re determined to get as many dogs and cats out as we can, but we can’t do it without your support. Any contribution helps us save another life. Many of you have seen Leo’s story, but despite our best efforts, Leo didn’t make it. We don’t want any more animals to suffer the same fate.
