Saving Braveheart

Every day there are tragedies, accidents, and crises that occur in our beautiful Flathead Valley. Citizens can suddenly find themselves in situations of trauma, devastation, grief, hurt, and shock. Who offers support and guidance to these citizens as they navigate unthinkable tragedy?
These same tragedies, accidents, and crises are handled by our valley’s emergency service workers. They see and deal with the bleakest of situations and have to carry the weight of those traumas with them. Who offers support and guidance to them as they continue to work in a trauma-driven environment but also stay aware and healthy for their families?
For the past 7 years, Braveheart Chaplain Ministry has offered support to these citizens and emergency service workers. Chaplain Drew Buckner steps into the lives of victims and their families to provide support in what are very traumatic events. He has provided guidance, support, prayer, counsel and kindness to thousands of people over the years. He is also a very active part of all emergency service agencies and is a friend, brother, counselor, and guide to the first responders who are on the front lines of these tragedies. Chaplain Drew Buckner has been saving lives – emotionally, mentally and spiritually – for years.
And now it’s our turn to “Save Braveheart.” This non-profit ministry has hit financial crisis mode and if something drastic isn’t done, Braveheart may not be able to sustain itself by year’s end. A donation to Braveheart Chaplain Ministry is a donation to the victims and their families, to the first responders and their families. A donation keeps a chaplain – who is literally a lifeline to many people – on the streets in a capacity to meet people in their times of greatest need.
Let’s “Save Braveheart” and by doing so you’ll be helping all citizens of the Flathead Valley
