Saving bonobos

FOR EVERY $10 donated to this fund-raiser, I will run 1km. My goal is to reach $1000 in donations and run 100km for the bonobos. All updates on the run will be posted to @fregward on Instagram.

Bonobos are peaceful and highly-social apes. They live in a matriarchal society, ruled by high-ranking females. These beautiful animals are cooperative and kind, even to total strangers. But their numbers are dwindling. With an estimated 15,000 bonobos left in the wild and this number decreasing, they are certain to become extinct within the next century.

But we can still save them.
