Saving Blizzard

My name is Braelyn, i’m 16 and i live in Ligonier Pa. Our dog Blizzard who is our best friend needs life saving surgery. He was born on 11/21/18, which was the day my mom adopted my 4 foster siblings. He was clearly meant to be a member of our family. 4 days ago he became sick and stopped eating and drinking. His medication didn’t help. Today the doctors said that he was aspirating bile and had a bowel obstruction needing emergency surgery and a possible bowel resection. My mom is a single, disabled parent with 5 kids and is on a fixed income. Bliz is a member of our family and we want to do anything we can to save our best friend. He is a Great Pyrenees and the most amazing dog in the whole world. He loves walks, bacon, fish, steak, shrimp, bologna, beef sticks, pumpkin, peanut butter, chicken nuggets (especially McDonalds), and his little brother Finn. He is having surgery at Animal Medical Center in Somerset Pa. If you can find it in your heart to donate or share we would sincerely appreciate it.
