25 blind horses bound for SLAUGHTER this year alone! That is 25 blind horses in 3 months, that is so many!!!!! Did you know that it is ILLEGAL to ship blind horses to Mexico but yet they STILL do it!?!?! There needs to be a STOP to this!!! We cannot sit back and watch this happen, this is WHY we need a Texas location as our second location! There are not many nonprofits that can take on a blind horse, let alone a fully blind one. we only know of a few, however, they are all full!

We have decided to start raising on getting a Texas location for these blind horses bound for slaughter in Mexico! This is where we need your help! These horses do NOT deserve to be slaughtered and we will stand firm on that! Having a TX location means we can cut out the costs of hauling and quarantine ($2,000 per horse!) we would be able to take in more as well as be able to quarantine blind horses that others have rescued!
