We hope this finds you and your family well.
We are writing because our fraternity needs your help. As you know, 2020 has been a difficult year. These tough times have also fallen upon Phi Delta Theta Iowa Beta fraternity.
We are working to save Phi Delta Theta to ensure the legacy that we all created and contributed to continue. This is the house where we formed life-long friends, matured into men, and hold many fond memories – that make us smile to this day.
In short, the fraternity house needs your monetary support to continue. Would you please consider a gift to ensure Phi Delta Theta survives?
This is not a lavish remodeling fundraising effort. This is a short-term, essential effort to cover the necessary expenses (loan payment, taxes, utilities, and upkeep) of the house until recolonization can occur. Recolonization will result in live-in members and the move to financial independence of the fraternity.
Be assured your donations/s will be put to the best possible use. We have already established and received:
*A committed and diverse fundraising committee
*Support and approval by The University of Iowa and Phi Delta Theta headquarters
*A clear path to recolonization in spring of 2022
*An alumni recolonization group with local representation
*We need everyone’s support. A gift of $20, $200, $2,000 or more will be vital to our success.
