Savian Hamilton Medical Cost Relief
Donation protected
My name is Erlinda, and I am requesting assistance from others to help my best friend, Jasmine and her husband, Sven, after the devastating loss of their son Savian. This week, he passed away in his mother's arms after a long battle with cancer; he was just seven years old.
In the first week of his kindergarten year, Savian was diagnosed with Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma, a rare and aggressive cancer not typically found in children. After an unsuccessful search for a bone marrow donor, Savian eventually received a transplant from a close family member who was not a perfect match but the best option available. Savian received various cancer treatments, and although he did eventually go into remission, he continued to suffer many complications from the procedures. Since his diagnosis in 2019, Savian endured countless surgeries and spent most of his time inside the hospital and away from his twin brother and younger sister. Going through this during a global pandemic did not help make the circumstance easier on Savian or his family.
Even with medical insurance, Savian's medical care costs have been astronomical, so I'm asking anyone who wishes to help ease the financial burden of this family to donate anything they feel in their hearts to give. It is unnatural for parents to experience the loss of a child, and I imagine their pain is unbearable. I hope that we can come together to help Savian's parents feel a slight sense of relief financially as they navigate through this new life without their precious son.
Please help me spread the word if you cannot donate by sharing this campaign. Thank you.
