Teddy is a stray yorkie.  He was hit by an SUV and sustained broken ribs, internal bleeding (lungs) with blood coming out his mouth and nose, a broken leg (ulna) and a dislocated joint.  Teddy is recovering from the accident, but the bone in his leg never fused.

Teddy is young and should have a chance to keep his leg.  Some doctors suggested amputation as the most economical way.  There is a better way.  With pins and a metal plate, Teddy will have full function of his broken leg.
