Hello! My name is James Kerfoot.

Like many other fans, I fell in love with Stargate as a child and have spent decades following SG-1, Atlantis, Universe and the movies with dedication. After more than 15 years without a major live-action Stargate television series, I was thrilled to hear that a new project was being developed by Martin Gero, Brad Wright, and Joseph Mallozzi.

Now that the project has reportedly been cancelled by Amazon management, I believe we as fans still have the power to make it clear to Amazon that they have made a mistake. Just as with The Expanse, I believe there is still hope!

This fundraiser will support a fan-led #SaveStargate campaign designed to demonstrate the passion, loyalty, and continued demand for Stargate by this amazing community. Funds will be used for a public awareness campaign, including an aerial #SaveStargate banner that will be flown over the Amazon Studios corporate headquarters.

Our goal is Simple: Show Amazon that the Stargate community is passionate, strong and that we support Martin, Brad and Joseph.

Let's tell Amazon to keep the gate open!
