One day walking home from school, little Evie made the remark..."I wish someone would fix Santa's house".   And, a child's wish has brought a community together.  The Pleasure Island community and  5 local contractors have came together to  build Harry (Santa) a brand new 1 bedroom/1 bath 500 sq. ft. cottage.  Harry is an island icon.  He can been seen walking all over with his Santa hat or his Dr. Suess hat!  He embodies all that is good.  Please help us Save Santa's Home!  Please help us make a wish come true.  Updates can be found on our Facebook page,  Habitat For Harry. 

A group of 5 local builders have come together to build Harry a new home.  All monies raised here will go directly to the costs of building the home.  We are all neighbors of Harry and he is a beloved member of our community.  A bank account has been setup at First Citizens in Carolina Beach under the name of Habitat For Harry.  We are operating under Pleasure Island Revitalization Association (PIRA) a 501(c)3.
