Look, I know Ryk.  You know Ryk.  He won't do this for himself so it's time we do it for him.  Asking for help is scary.  There's a whole culture of shame in it.  So let's just make a big warm loveblanket and wrap it all around him like a delicious love burrito and take care of our beloved friend in his time of need.

Our boy Ryk needs about $5K.  He'll be using this money as seed money to make more.  It will fix his car (which is going to cost just shy of $2K) so he can go back on the road and do poetry shows.  We all know he's been having extra medical bills lately (that's extra on top of whatever his normal bills are) and the rest will help make merch for him to sell on tour - a CD and more copies of his new book to sell at the shows.
