I noticed for the last few weeks that Reptar hadn’t been eating or drinking much, so we went to the vet and found out that Reptar is actually a female (huzzah), and has been growing eggs inside her body! Unfortunately, there are complications, and she wouldn’t be able to lay her eggs, so they could begin to rot inside her belly, and ultimately lead to her death. The vet recommended that I take her in for surgery before her condition worsens, but doing so would be expensive, and is unfortunately much more than I am able to find on my own.
