Parents can Medicate

On June 29 a judge ordered that my son, for no other reason than the fact that I am medicating with a legal prescription of Medical Cannabis, with no further questions, negated my counter claim, and ruled in favour of the mother that was not even in court. Ruling that in his opinion no parent should be looking after a child while taking Prescription Cannabis, and further ruled that in my very now limited visitation (48 hours every 2 weeks) I am not allowed to medicate (Leaving me in pain)

The child himself has asked me to fight as he wants to live with Daddy - his mother has used the family money to leave me, and has now also a ruling of Child Support, so that while I am home alone, he can be raised in a Day Care and I pay for it.

I only ask for help in paying for appeal - this ruling stands against ALL SINGLE PARENTS who might some day find themselves prescribed medical cannabis - or grandparents seeking custody? This has wide ranging fear beyond just that of a young boy Pavel (Pasha is his name he goes by) who wishes to be with his Daddy.
