Family of 5 including 13 yr old Blind Audrey Rose - thrown out onto the street August 20, 2020 because, per landlord, "we need more money now and more in the future" - "$58,000.00 a year not enough profit for our townhouse so if you are not out by the 20th - everything bad that happens to you after that is YOUR FAULT!"

Landlord refuses to meet with Santa Clara County Ombudsman - Mediator

Landlord refuses to go on Dr. Phil to help get children counseling help and help in our search for a home to rent.

Landlord refuses to honor original rental agreement that gauranteed she could raise the rent every year until it gets to fair market value.

There are NO COVID - 19 protections for TOWNHOUSE' renters as of Aug. 20, 2020.

After faithfully renting from landlord for 30 years, family of 5 to be  kicked out onto the street for no other reason than GREED.

Our rent will now almost double and related costs will be devastating to our finances. IF we find a house in less than 25 days. Known to the landlord, we are already taking out of a loan every month to make rent and food.

500+ letters and no help available. No COVID-19 protections. HUD is closed. I have written to The Lion's Club (ignored), property managers, realtors, City Chambers of Commerce (all ignored) Housing agencies, Blind Agencies, Heart agencies, Philanthropists, President of the United States, 

Being evicted:

13 Yr Old child blind AND severe heart disease
A 45 year old teacher
10 yr old child
67 yr old senior
20 yr old college student

Only asking for your help now because 500 + letters to every agency, group, politician, lawyer has provided no help.

Please help us keep our girlz off the street. I have lived out of my car and I don't want our babies to know that terror.

Please help. Who would do this to a  family like ours especially when they have several other properties that they recently INHERITED!

An honest profit they already earn. We need your help to avoid further devastation because of their greed. Even the church we attend won't let us park our van in their huge parking lot when we are kicked out.
