In December of 2015, 22 year old Nicholas George also known as (“Nicko”) from the caribbean islands of Trinidad & Tobago was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer called Medulloblastoma World Health Organization stage 4 affecting his brain stem. Despite medical interventions by the health care team and community outreach from his friends, family and loved ones, his fight for survival took an unexpected turn and suddenly, sadly ended on December 14th 2015. His love, laughter, smile and presence will be greatly missed by many. May he rest in peace. Nicko comes from a single parent household comprised of his mom and younger brother. Due to having to care for him at the time, his mom has been unable to work. As a result of this, his family and loved ones are in desperate need of financial support for his burial and funeral arrangements. The funds would be used for burial costs, funeral arrangements, lost wages, and any other expense that they would need or deem necessary. Funds would be needed as soon as possible since funeral arrangements are currently being planned for no later than Wednesday, December 23rd 2015.
