Vet Fund For A VERY Sick Kitty

So a little bit of information.

Lily is 8 years old, and has been perfectly healthy for a 12-pound fur ball. I have had her since her birth Aug 13th 2008. She's been the one constant thing in my life and quite honestly, has become my emotional support animal since being on my medication for Anxiety. 

For the past week she has been having many issues. I took her to the vet on Dec 13th and they did some blood work. We'll things came back good, minus her liver. Those levels were high. Now another cat in our household passed away 3 weeks ago from Pancreatitis. Lily thankfully does not have that. 

So to the point of this. I already paid $230 of her vet bill, note this is half of my paycheck.




Here is the bill of what I paid above which was the bare min at the time of what I could do at the vet just to get her energy and eating back on track.

I still have to pay rent on the 23rd of this month and even though these are bare minimum of what they want to do I can't afford it. 

Here is what Still needs to be done, Note I marked off the repeat of the ones from above.  But not added is the medication they gave me. As you can see, Still quite a lot. Just to get her INTO the hospital and on Iv's is 4-5 Hundred. The vet just called to tell me that.


I'm going to sound selfish here but here is the honest truth. Lily helps me function. With her sick, I have been barely sleeping, even with the help of my medication, and honestly, I don't have the will to eat or even get out of bed right now. She keeps me from doing things like this by reminding me I need to feed her and such. I honestly don't know if I will function well if I have to put her to sleep.

Also, I can't take out a loan, and my vet doesn't do payment plans. I'm still paying off 6000 from my study abroad earlier this year and only have that down to 4000. If I miss payments on that I'm unable to access my money from work. I'm living on the tightest budget I can right now, and honestly have nothing to sell. Trust me I have looked.

This is the first big thing that has happened to her in her life. I am currently trying to save enough $ to pay for her vet but work recently cut my hours. I was doing 37 a week, and now I'm doing less than 15. I am actively looking for other jobs as well.

So I'm asking, for the holidays, don't get me anything. Same for my birthday in march, just help me save my kitty.

I need this money ASAP. The faster the better.
