After 26 years of living in the same house, beginning in April the foreclosure process is going to begin. I have less than a month to find 5 thousand dollars for a down payment to try to buy another house for my parents, my fiancé, and our pets.

My parents have been through bankruptcy, job loss and health issues, but have always been on time with their mortgage payments; even if it meant we didn’t have food in the house.
