Help Gromit get his second chance!!

Donation protected
At an estimated 3 years old and 2lbs (full grown) left on the streets due to a common medical obstacle (luxating patella) Gomit was facing euthanasia due to being "ugly", "unloveable" and "not worth the money".
With his little tongue sticking out 24/7 due to very painful and aggressive dental disease I couldn't help but want to atleast TRY to give him a second chance.
I forced the shelter to allow me to attempt to help him!
Now only 5 days later little Gromit LOVES to give kisses, is 110% potty trained and loves to play fetch with other dogs.
My goal is this: help provide the intensive care and love he needs to survive and make it to his second chance. Our plan is to potentially rehome him into a forever home but if we don't find anyone suitable we plan to add him to or pack as he already loves Dylin & Wallace.

THE COMPLICATION is he requires pretty intense surgery to ensure he can live a happy and comfortable life, with the wonderful team over at Dr.Fanous' Back Bay veterinary who has graciously offered me a nearly 40% off all services to help save this little one . Step one is to have almost all of his decayed and fractured teeth pulled and have him neutered. Leaving his poor teeth the way they are could cause him prolonged pain and lead to heart disease, the next step would be to have his poor wonky back legs surgically repaired. He suffers from a somewhat common problem called bi lateral Luxating Patella which is basically a painful condition that is basically an unstable floating knee cap. Both of his legs require the surgery but to ensure comfort we plan to proceed one at a time.

Dr.Fanous has given us the reassurance that proceeding with these treatments will absolutely save his life. He is so young, so sweet & wants to be super active.

With that said we could use all the help we can get. All rescues that I have contacted are unable to help and my care credit will only finance so much.

So I am asking you if you have anything at all to spare Gromit could really use the help!!!
Help us mend his broken heart and show him he is worth the world!!!!

Estimates reflect a cost of nearly $3,000+ but we are willing to work as hard as we can to help make this happen, but a little help would go such a long way!!!
Anything earned past what is needed will be donated to local rescues who provide aide with pets in need like

Gromit :)

Thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts!!!!
