Keep Our Puppy Goji Berry Alive

Goji Berry is a kind, loving and playful dog. He helps my girlfriend therapeutically and he brings so much joy into our lives. He was hit by a cab in Downtown Toronto and is in critical condition at the ICU. He has a broken jaw and hip, lots of cuts on his legs, severe bruising in his lungs and breathing complications. He needs to be hooked up to oxygen and IV and needs 24 hour care. We were told that we should consider putting him down but we decided to give it all we've got. We've already paid approximately $8,000 for his ICU care and his jaw surgery. Today we were given an updated estimate of more than $15,000 moving forward and that's why we've changed our campaign goal. We're hopeful and we refuse to give up. 

Goji is fighting hard for his life and we're all rooting for him. He could really use your help, as large or small as it may be. His surgeon says that he is making an unexpected recovery and that he's got a big shot at making it. We're hoping that 2017 will turn the tables and we'll get our Goji back. He is currently at the VEC (Veterinary Emergency Clinic) at 920 Yonge St in Downtown Toronto. Visitors are more than welcome.
