Our dog, Diesel, was hit by a car and his hip and pelvic bones are fractured badly. Vets say the only way for him to have a good quality of life, without pain, is to amputate his leg. My sons and I are absolutely devastated and I do not have the money to save their little brother and best friend in our time of need. We are absolutely grateful for any help we can get and are more than willing to pay back anything given to us over the next few months. As of now (7/17/2017), I owe about $2300 more to release Diesel from the Fort Collins vet hospital in order to get his surgery performed at the vet I qualified for in Denver. After recently having to remove a tumor from our other dog,
Kyda a couple months ago, our savings have been depleted. The total of both will be upwards of $3500. I need help saving Diesel otherwise sadly I will have to him put down. Being such a huge part of our family, I am eternally grateful for any help or suggestions you can give.
