Cliff was recently diagnosed with Stage IV Prostate Cancer. It is still early days, and he has started treatment and is ready to fight this thing.
This page is intended to keep everyone updated and allow those who want to provide support to do so.
Funds raised on this page will be available to Cliff and Jodie to help offset medical costs, travel for treatment, babysitters, really anything they need to help Cliff beat this.
Why "Cliss"?
In 2014, we had a work meeting in Kansas City over Cliff's 39th birthday. As a guesture to our favorite Vegan, we ordered him a vegan chocolate cake from Whole Foods to help celebrate. When they asked what we wanted the cake to say, we said "Happy Birthday Cliff!" And when they asked how to spell that, we replied "just like it sounds: C-L-I-F-F."
"Perfect, got it" said the person on the other end of the phone.
That errant spelling provided lots of laughs for one of the most easy going dudes there is and since then, many of us still lovingly refer to him as such.
