My dear friend Phillip Hedges is a sophomore studying psychology at Arizona State University. He was recently diagnosed with aggressive diffuse large B cell lymphoma. He is responding well halfway through treatment, but the financial troubles caused by his diagnosis have kept him from settling a $2,000 tuition hold on his student account. If Phillip is unable to pay the balance of this hold, he will be unable to register for classes and will lose his dorm room at ASU. He will have no place to live while finishing the remainder of his treatment.
I have exhausted every resource I know, including the school itself. If you have the means to help, then please, please help. Raising the $2,000 to remove the hold on his registration would allow him to register for classes and therefore stay in university housing. Without this money, he will have nowhere to go.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read his story and your consideration to help.
