Help Save My House From Foreclosure
If I am unable to make a $2500 Bankruptcy Plan payment, the Trustee has indicated he will remove the stay and allow Well Fargo to proceed with their foreclosure proceedings.
Back in 2011, I was layed off due to business slowdown and a work force reduction. For the next 18 months I fell behind on my mortgage payments as well as having my car repossessed. At the final hour I contacted an attorney and we were able to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, which protected the house from creditors. Additionally I had to make aggressive plan payments to the Trustee, along with remaining current on payments to the mortgage company. This was accomplished through the generous support of friends and family, unemployment insurance, odd jobs and room rental.
My latest job of 8 months was with a start-up, this venture failed and as of February of this year was once again part of a reorganization/workforce reduction.
It is with the utmost humility that I am sharing this situation and request for assistance, in the hopes that some of you might have the resources to loan any amount of money to help me avoid this occurrence. All loans will be re payed. In fact once this delinquency is resolved, my attorney will convert the BK and I will no longer have plan payments to make or risk the removal of the stay.
No amount is too small.
