Save Zuko: Fund His Critical Medical Treatment

Hello, I am here today because my girlfriend’s cat got hit by a car yesterday. Luckily, we found him using an AirTag that was attached to his collar, which said he was 3 miles away from home. When we found him yesterday, we noticed he was hiding underneath a bush by a road. He was hardly able to walk and was scared. We took him to the nearest pet hospital, where we were then told he has a broken leg and a broken tail down to the base. He was in extreme pain, so the pet hospital provided medication to help with his pain. We were told we could take him home and rest or take him to an ER, where they quoted over $1000 to get tested and either repair the foot or amputate it. Unfortunately, his tail would have to be removed since there’s no way to repair it due to possible nerve damage. I ended up paying out of pocket for his recent visit, which ended up being close to $800, which got my credit card maxed out.

We are going to end up taking her cat and have him be seen in a few days to a ER so they can proceed with his examination.The cat’s name is Zuko. He’s a very friendly cat that is very vocal, loves to give head bumps, and sleeps with us every day. He’s currently resting with us back home but would eventually need to be seen for medical help. Please, anything would help so that Zuko may be able to walk again.
