My name is Zubair, and I am from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. In 2016, during a very difficult time in my life, Jesus Christ met me in a dream and called me. At that time, I was completing my Bachelor’s degree but I was drowning in depression, hopelessness, and darkness. In that dream, Jesus said to me: “Become mine, and I will take away your pain.”

From that moment, my life changed. Christ gave me guidance. Whenever I was about to take a wrong step, I would hear a voice from within saying: “My son, do not do this.” It was His love and His guidance that kept me strong.

But in Pakistan, there is no freedom of faith. When my family found out the truth, they began to oppose me severely. I was forced to leave home. I lived in hiding in different cities, but still they would find me. Local clerics and extremists declared me an apostate and threatened to kill me. In a place like Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where Taliban and extremists have strong influence, being a Christian openly is equal to putting your life in constant danger.

My Mission

For the past year, I have been working with a friend to serve the Gospel through social media. We have been spreading the message of Christ through Facebook pages, a YouTube channel, WhatsApp groups, Instagram, and TikTok.

By the grace of God, during this time, four Muslims have accepted Christ. This is the power of His Word, bringing light into darkness.

But this ministry also brings expenses, and because of my uncertain work situation, I cannot manage everything. At most, I survive by doing small jobs or daily labor.

My Goal

My greatest desire and prayer is to escape from Pakistan and move to a third-class country (such as Malaysia, Nepal, Indonesia, or the Philippines) where I can continue serving Christ without the risk of losing my life.

I only want to escape with my life from Pakistan. I am not asking for funds to go to a big or wealthy country, but only enough help to leave here and live in a free environment where I can serve God while staying alive.
