Our names are Geoffrey and Tonisha Spurlock. This is Zeyla. She is 8 years old, a pit and terrier mix. Her 2 siblings passed from separate issues within 3 days of each other last year. Now, if Zeyla doesn't get immediate emergency care, she will die. She has pyometra and her stomach is huge. She's barely breathing, and we've called to get her in, but they want cash upfront. We don't qualify for care credit or anything we applied for. She's 8 and had one litter. We watched her so closely; we thought we were doing the right thing. But it happens in dogs that don't have many litters at her age. Please help us if you have it in your heart to know we wouldn't ask if we weren't desperate. We lost 2 this year. We had 3 dogs, and now we're down to one and losing her. I will drive her right now to Richmond vet if I had the deposit required for her. She's miserable. The picture I posted was her last walk with her siblings and just now. She can't even open her eyes hardly. Please help us. Even $1.00 helps, please.
