Our sweet girl Zara is fighting for her life. Two days ago, she accidentally ingested Aleve pills—something extremely toxic to dogs. Despite immediate emergency care, Zara’s condition has worsened. She has now developed a severe ulcer, and the only chance to save her is emergency surgery at a specialty hospital. Without it, we may lose her.

Zara is not “just a dog.” She is family. She is the most loyal, loving, and joyful companion who has filled our lives with unconditional love. Now, she needs us more than ever—and we are desperate to give her the chance to keep living the happy, love-filled life she deserves.
