My name is Zakrya, I am a young man from Gaza. I used to live my life like any normal young person — you can see my photo when I was healthy and strong, and now see me today, my body just skin and bones because of illness, lack of nutrition, and the harsh siege.

Every day my condition is getting worse. I have no way to afford proper food or medical treatment — not only for myself, but also for my family who are struggling beside me. I also have a little sister, and seeing her suffer from hunger and fear breaks my heart even more. We try to survive together with what little we have, but it’s becoming harder each day.

I’m not ashamed to ask for help — the real shame is to stay silent while we slowly fade away.
