AssalaamuAlaikum brothers,

A brother, Tausif Ansari (aka Yusuf), from a very poor family in India, is currently undergoing treatment for bone marrow cancer. I spoke with his mother, who shared that the family has exhausted all their savings since June 2024, traveling to multiple cities for his treatment. The doctors have now provided an estimated cost of $13,700 - $17,125 (12 Lac - 15 Lac INR) for the cancer treatment. His father is an auto mechanic with a low income. Yusuf’s condition has worsened—one of his eyes has turned red, and one of his leg is severely infected, with pus developing. They tried to match his bone marrow with his sister’s, but it wasn’t a match.

He needs to start treatment within a week, or his chances of survival will become very critical.
