My name is Yub Raj Khadka, and I was born in a middle-class family and grew up with medieval life. I have been dealing with kidney failure for 2 years and surviving on dialysis. I am compelled to transplant the kidney because it stopped functioning entirely. In the past, traveling to Kathmandu - Delhi in Medical visit for heart and kidney cost me much, and heart came to be in normal function.
My family has diabetes, and they can’t be the donor, and I am forced to search the donor for the transplant. We were a happy family and raised in awareness of education, and life was healthy until I had the cardiac arrest. I was on a ventilator for a while and undergone dialysis during the stay at the hospital. It cost me much for cardiac arrest and other treatments. It’s painful to undergo dialysis since the kidney does not work anymore, and without your help, transplant is not possible. I was a donor two years ago, and now I have been getting medicine in credit. As a result of this, I humbly request you all to help me with kidney transplant contribution so that I can live more years to come. I will be thankful for the contribution you made, and I beg you all to save me, and all your help is needed for the second life.

मेरो नाम युवराज खड्का हो। हाल काठमाडौमा बस्छु। विगत दुई वर्ष देखि मृगौला फेल भई नियमित डाइलेसिसमा छु र जिवन बचाउन सङघर्षरत छु। शरीरका मुख्य अङ्ग मध्य मृगौला र मुटुमा समस्या आई दिल्ली र काठमाडौमा गरिएको लामो र खर्चिलो उपचार पश्चात हाल मुटुको अवस्था सामान्य रहेता पनि मृगौला पुर्न रुपमा फेल भई प्रत्यारोपण गर्नु पर्ने बाध्यता छ।
परिवारका सदस्य मधुमेह बाट ग्रसित रहेकाले दाता खोज्नु पर्ने मेरो बाध्यता छ र यसमा ठुलो धन राशि लाग्ने हुनाले यहाॅहरुको साथ सहयोगको अपेक्षा राखेको छु। एउटा सचेत शिक्षित मध्यम वर्गिय सानो र सुखि परिवार थियो मेरो, हाॅसी खुसी जीवन चलिरहेको थियो। अचानक भावीको लेखा मेरो जीवनले मोड बदलियो, एकातिर हर्ट अट्याक र मुटुमा stent राखे पश्चात cardiac arrest भई ventilator मा राखियो भने अर्कोतिर मृगौला डाइलेसिस गर्नु पर्ने बाध्यता सिर्जना भयो। तर यस अघि भएको उपचारमा लागेको खर्चले गर्दा अर्थिक पक्ष कमजोर रहेकोले यहाॅ हरुको सहयोग बिना प्रत्यारोपण असम्भव छ। दुई वर्ष अघि सम्म म दाताकै रुपमा थिएॅ। सुख दुखमा युवराजकोमा जानु भन्ने साथी भाईको बीचमा कथन थियो। तर एकाएक जीवनले गति बदलियो र अहिले ओखती पानी सब सापटमा चलेको छ। यसर्थ यो अचानक आईपरेको वज्रपात बाट मुक्ति पाउन र दोस्रो जीवनको लागि यहाॅ हरू समक्ष सहयोगको याचना गर्दछु। म जस्ता पिडितहरु तपाईहरुको सहयोगले दोस्रो जीवन प्राप्त गरी सामान्य जीवनयापन गरिराख्नु भएको छ। तपाई हरुको सहयोग सहराणिय छ र यहाॅहरुको सहयोगले मलाई दोस्रो जीवन प्राप्त हुनेछ भन्ने विश्वास र आशा लिएको छु।
