Xavier known as Xav is a 46 year old Autistic man like many Autistic people he does not tolerate change very well.
Xav has lived at his home in London since he was a small child.
HE IS NOW AT RISK OF LOSING IT
Some years ago his father after discovering he was very ill transferred his house to Xav’s half sister after she promised her father she would look after Xav if he did not survive his operation.
He did survive and asked for the house to be transferred back to him. She refused and even sent him a letter through her solicitors asking him to leave HER house.
Xavs father refused to leave and they both continued to live there.
Xavs father subsequently died years later and Xav has lived there and made many improvements to his home.
His sister now many years later has made steps to have him evicted even though his dad put in place protection to keep him safe she is trying to have it removed.
Xav issued proceedings to try and stay in his home.
His sister died last year and now her family are now trying to win the case and to have Xav evicted.
Xavier has now been ordered to pay Interim costs of £24,116.70 which Xav does not have.
