Please Help My Daughter Wintana Get Life-Saving Surgery
My name is Frewini, and I'm raising funds for my beloved daughter Wintana, a 15-year-old girl from Asmara, who urgently needs spinal surgery in Germany.
Wintana's Story
Wintana is only 15 years old. She should be in school, playing with friends, and enjoying her teenage years. Instead, she's facing a serious spinal condition that is stealing her childhood.
As her mother, watching my daughter suffer breaks my heart every single day. The pain she endures is unbearable, and without proper treatment, her condition will only get worse.
Doctors in Eritrea have told us that the specialized surgery Wintana needs is not available here. Our only hope is Germany, where expert surgeons can perform the operation that could give my daughter her life back.
Without this surgery, Wintana faces:
Permanent disability
Chronic pain for the rest of her life
Loss of mobility
An inability to live a normal teenage life
She's just 15 years old. She deserves a chance at a normal life.
Why Germany?
The spinal surgery Wintana requires needs specialized medical expertise and advanced equipment that is only available in Germany. Local doctors have confirmed this is her only option.
A hospital in Germany has:
✅ Reviewed Wintana's medical records
✅ Confirmed they can perform the surgery
✅ Provided a detailed treatment plan
✅ Given us hope that Wintana can recover
But we cannot afford the cost. As a single mother from Eritrea, I have tried everything, but the amount needed is beyond what our family can raise alone.
What We Need: €50,000
The total cost for Wintana's treatment is €50,000, which covers:
Medical Costs (€35,000-40,000):
Spinal surgery
Hospital stay (2-3 months)
Post-surgery care and monitoring
Medications
Physical therapy and rehabilitation
Follow-up medical appointments
Travel & Accommodation (€8,000-10,000):
Flight tickets for Wintana and me
Accommodation near the hospital
Local transportation in Germany
Food and daily expenses
Other Expenses (€2,000-5,000):
Medical visa processing
Document translations
Travel insurance
Emergency fund
⏰ Time is Running Out
Every day that passes without surgery, Wintana's condition gets worse. The hospital has given us a timeframe for when the surgery can be performed, but we need to secure the funds immediately.
We are racing against time to save my daughter's future.
As a mother, I am begging for your help. I cannot stand by and watch my daughter suffer when there is hope for her recovery.

A Message From a Mother's Heart
I never imagined I would be in this position, asking strangers for help. But as a mother, I would do anything to save my child.
Wintana is a bright, loving girl who has her whole life ahead of her. At just 15 years old, she should be worried about school and friends, not whether she'll ever walk normally again.
Your donation - no matter how small - gives me hope. It tells Wintana that she is not alone, that people care, and that there is a chance for her to live a normal life.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading our story. Please help us if you can.
— Frewini (Wintana's Mother)
