Hello everyone…

I never thought I would have to write a post like this, especially after only owning Winnie for four short weeks.

This beautiful little girl has already become such a huge part of my heart, and seeing her in the state she is in right now is honestly heartbreaking.

Around two weeks ago, Winnie had a terrible field accident. At first, we truly believed it was just a cut that would heal with stitches, rest, and lots of care. But sadly, it turned out to be far worse than anyone expected. The cut on her leg was much deeper than we realised. The vet came out, sedated her, and stitched her leg up, and we were all so hopeful she would begin healing.

But unfortunately, things have taken a turn for the worse.

The wound has deteriorated, and Winnie has been left in a lot of pain. Seeing her uncomfortable and struggling has been absolutely devastating. We are doing everything we possibly can for her she is under veterinary care, on pain relief to keep her comfortable, antibiotics to fight infection, and receiving constant care and attention every single day. We are trying our absolute hardest to make sure she is as comfortable, loved, and supported as possible while she fights through this.

Despite everything being done for her, the road to recovery is proving much harder than we ever imagined, and the vet bills are continuing to rise more and more each day.

I hate having to ask for help, and I know times are hard for everyone. I’m not expecting anything, but if anyone could donate even the smallest amount, or simply like, comment, and share this post, it could genuinely make such a huge difference and help us continue getting Winnie the treatment and care she needs.

Please keep little Winnie in your thoughts and prayers. She has already been through so much, and all I want is to see her pain-free, happy, and back to being the little pony she deserves to be ❤️

No animal deserves to suffer, especially such a sweet little soul.
