Save Willie: Emergency Surgery Needed

Hi! My name is Rachel, and I'm Willie's mom. Willie has been one of the best things to ever happen to me, my husband, and pretty much anyone who meets him.

In his old-ish age, he's kept up with the best of them. People are frequently shocked when they hear how old he is - he still acts and looks like a puppy! He has a lot more life left in him. We're not ready to say goodbye, but without some outside financial assistance, Willie won't make it.

He has to go in for emergency surgery to remove an intestinal blockage, along with a splenectomy to remove possible hemangiosarcoma. Both my husband and I are struggling with the current job market, and don't feel it would be fair or right to put down our wonderful, otherwise incredibly healthy boy due to finances.

Please help us keep our boy if you can.
