Hello everyone, I have bad news: the owner of the land that I rent for the shelter came with a lawyer and they discussed the issue of extending the land lease. They said they need to sell the land and they offered me the option to buy it, but if I can't, I have to rent it at a higher price than before. The land lease period will end at the end of the year and I was given until November to answer. What should I do the previous land rent was only $3,000 per year and now they are asking for $5,000. We only have five months to raise the money and save the 600 cats and 35 dogs I feed, shelter, and rehabilitate. Please help!
