Help My Cat Whoopty Get Life-Saving Surgery

This is my sweet cat, Whoopty. Recently, I rushed him to the vet because he got into a car accident. After several tests and X-rays, I received heartbreaking news — Whoopty has a broken hip bone with misalignment, and the vet suspects possible spinal damage as well. And needs surgery ASAP! On top of that, he’s also struggling with lung issues that make his condition even more complicated. As of now he’s just been taking medication to relieve the pain, til I can get him surgery.

The vet has estimated around $11,000 USD for the surgery and additional treatment. As a full-time student, I simply don’t have the financial means to cover these costs, but I am doing everything I can to save him.

Whoopty has been with me since the day he was born — he’s more than just a pet; he’s family. He has brought me comfort, love, and companionship through every stage of my life. Seeing him in pain and not being able to help him is truly heartbreaking.
