Save War Veteran Kjetil Hatlebrekke

Kjetil Hatlebrekke is a serving decorated intelligence and combat veteran who has protected the United States, Europe and Norway for 32 years. In total he has fought Al Qaeda, the Taliban and ISiS for 22 years, often with special forces. He was instrumental in Operation Anaconda - the initial hunt for Osama Bin Laden. He has been awarded the U.S. Naval Presidential Unit Citation, and the Norwegian Intelligence Service’s Medal of Merit. He’s also written a very important book on intelligence, and has a PhD from King’s College, London. He has made tremendous sacrifices for the United States, Europe and Norway.

Now he needs your help.

Kjetil has been diagnosed with advanced stage liver cancer and been given 6 months to live. As the Norwegian health care system will not prioritize him, it’s our turn to step up.

One of the world's best cancer doctors in the USA is willing to treat Kjetil. He will likely get at least another 10 years of life and has a good chance of a complete recovery.

Hi, my name is Runar Kvamme. I work as a diplomat at the Norwegian Embassy in D.C., and I am trying to save the life of War Veteran, Kjetil Hatlebrekke.

Kjetil is suffering from spreading cancer to his liver. He can be saved, but the health system in his native country will not prioritize him for liver transplantation.
