This is an urgent call to action!
In August the Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) plans to demolish Wagner Park in the name of resiliency and flood protection.
We are residents, local organizations, elected officials, climate scientists, respected architects, engineers and the original designers of Wagner Park, working to protect this urban oasis for future generations. We are taking legal action to prevent the demolition of the park so that a proper design can be developed with the community that both protects and preserves our parks.
Here is how you can help:
1. Donate to our legal fund
