Violet has been in the hospital this week with life-threatening kidney problems. Today, the stone that was blocking the passage from her kidney to bladder was dislodged, and she needs treatment to remove the bladder and kidney stones she has, and provide a long-term solution. Without surgery, her life will end very soon. I just lost my other cat 5 months ago, and I am heartbroken at the thought of losing Violet so soon (she is not quite 2 years old).
