Your donations are making a difference for Undergrounds Coffeehaus. Undergrounds Coffeehaus has been in business 14 years. Year 2020 has brought so many challenges which have drastically affected our income & nerves. Hours of operation changed due to curfews, protests, shutdown, products changed as we went completely disposable & contactless with Odeko ordering along with an increase in advertising to give info to our customers, we lost our room rentals due to Covid & this all caused business to slowed down, & the bills kept coming. The bill UGCH is most concerned about is rent, we are severly behind. Our landlords have done their best in being patient but patience has grown thin. We need ANGELS to help with this.
Small businesses have truly suffered through these dark ages. UGCH is a mom, no pop, coffee shop that encourages creativity, plugging in & relaxing in our living room. We love artists, crafters, musicians & invite all walks of life to grab a cup of Joe & stay awhile. The Haus promotes family as we have all become one big family. We are looking for philanthropist(s) to help us. We do not qualify for State, Government or County help & I have tried. As the frustration is strong, I refuse to give up (Rocky theme music playing in the background) & the Haus will continue to live in 2021.
Our goal is to reach for $6,000 to mainly help with rent, update furniture, maintenance & repaint the whole Haus amist a deep clean. We are looking to reach our goal by the first week of February. The Haus has been blessed by those who have donated to our cause financially & those who donated their time with labor and effort.
Our customers love us. We have been blessed with those who have walked through our doors who have started in High School, visited us when coming home from college then got married, started a family & still love the Haus . We have had a weddings, funerals, lots of birthday parties, first dates & the events go on & on. We are GRATEFUL for any amount you can give & will pay it forward with our community efforts. Thank you for reading this & sharing this. We ask those who can give to think about what the Haus means to you. Help us get through 2021 as we move onto full rent starting January 2021.
