Tulip needs emergency surgery.

She has been diagnosed with pyometra, which is an immediate life-threatening illness for female dogs.

I don't expect any miracle, but literally anything will help.

Many of you know Tulip from all my posts. She's my mascot and my best friend, and I am breaking my personal rule not to ever ask for money to try to save her.

**UPDATE** The surgery is now complete. No complications and I am so absolutely thankful for everyone who pitched in. You saved a life.

Now that the surgery cost has been funded anything left over I plan to use for her aftercare. If there's anything past that I'm going to roll that into her health insurance and as much as it'll get me.

Special thanks to everyone at Disney Pet Hospital in Concord, especially Dr Nguyen & Rachel who went above and beyond to help save Tulip's life. They dropped everything they were doing to perform the emergency surgery that day.
