I’m heading abroad next semester and need to sublease my room, "The Hut," at Trops. Lorenzo is willing to take it for $600/month, but the rent is $900/month, so we still need to cover the remaining $300/month for 4 months — totaling $1,200.

I pay my own rent and, unfortunately, won’t be able to cover all of this myself since I’m also paying for housing abroad. If we can’t raise the money, we’ll have to rent the room out to a non-Phi Tau, which is obviously a pretty big risk. We’ll most likely lose the ability to party and keep Trops the way we know and love it.

To avoid that, I’ve set this up to cover the $1,200 gap. If everyone chips in, it would be about $40 each. If you can, please encourage family members to help as well — it’s a small price to pay to ensure we can keep partying at Trops next semester.
