SAVE TITANS GYM!

I've been training at my home town gym located in a small strip plaza on Mentor Ave in Mentor, Ohio the vast majority of life.  This Place has been my "HOME" since 1984, immediately after graduating High School, I felt I needed to also graduate my workouts from a local YMCA to what I felt was a "real gym" (then known as World Gym). Nearly 20 years ago in 2001, a young 24 year old by the name of Geoff DelGrosso took over the fitness center and transformed the facility now known as TITANS GYM, a giant facility that spans 30,000sqft.  Now truth be told, I had my apprehensions back in the day as I had personally witnessed my home gym transfer owners not once, not twice but FOUR other times in from 1984-2001.  Soon after Geoff took over the facility he began a massive remodel, followed by an expansion, and over the course of these past 20 years a few more expansions and remodels. He expanded the hours to become the FIRST 24 hour facility in Lake County - providing members full access to all 30,000 square feet of fitness!
 
I'm turning 55 on Sunday May 17th and my only birthday wish is for my home base gym - where I train all my clients, continues to survive during these unprecedented times. 


During these recent extremely challenging times, for the first time in approximately 20 years, this independent iconic gym has been temporarily closed due to the statewide mandate by Ohio State Governor, Mike DeWine regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic. 
 
Titans Gym owner, Geoff DelGrosso did the right thing and stopped all monthly membership fee's over the past few months as giant bills for our giant gyms continue coming with NO incoming funds - all this while Geoff has been at the facility daily doing dang near a full club remodel to better serve us, the Titans Family, so we all will experience an ever better, healthier and much more updated 24 hour facility upon returning once the State of Ohio permits all gyms to reopen under the "new normal" guidelines. Re-opening dates are uncertain at this point. 
 
As TITAN GYM members (or any fan of independent gyms) that want to win this war against the corona virus without our incredible independent gyms suffering as a casualty of war - after which we would all be stuck on a "planet" with no REAL "fitness" available, we are asking for ANY DONATIONS that will help keep our gym and your future fitness goals alive and well. Let's NOT let this pandemic BEAT US!! Titans is a place for everybody - which includes members looking for continued health, improved wellness, weight loss management, in addition to many elite athletes from a verity of sports. Titans Gyms are truly the judgement free  and it's time to rise to the challenge during these challenging times...your future health, fitness goals and independence is dependent on you!
