UPDATE: 5/28/2021 I have appealed!! I do not have an attorney yet.. still looking for the right one. I upped the GoFundMe amount to 5,000. I've been asked to do this since the appeal has just started and could last months or up to a year. I will continually update my story. And I appreciate all of you so very much for keeping Thunder alive.

UPDATE: The judge ordered Thunder to be destroyed on 5/14/2021. I have 11 days to file an appeal. I need your help to retain legal representation. I desperately need your help with donations. Thunder has been my best friend for 8 1/2 years. I am making a plan to relocate. I can not fathom my dog being killed alone at the animal shelter in Hutchinson Kansas. Any amount big or small will help me retain a lawyer. Thank you.. My name is Steve Cross. This is Thunder. I've had him for 8 1/2 years. Its just him and i. Unfortunately he bit somebody for the second time. No blood but he did bite. If im found guilty of having a viscous animal they are going to put him down. But there is a chance i can save his life by rehoming him outside of city limits but will cost close to $2000. Any help is appreciated.
