Save this puppy: Lung surgery needed!

My sweet puppy needs lung surgery to un-twist a lung lobe torsion.

This poor baby had a rough start to life, being brought to the shelter at only 3 days old. We fought very hard to give this baby a chance at all without his mom, and we're fighting even harder to make sure it doesn't end at 4 months!!

He has a hard time breathing but is stable for now, although nobody knows how long this will last. Any help at all would be appreciated!!
