Save the West Valley Playhouse

The West Valley Playhouse has been a live theatre staple for the West Valley of Los Angeles for 29 years and plans to continue for 29 more. The owners of the current building, that we have been in for 18 years, have unfortunately decided to sell and sadly have asked our theatre company to relocate by November 30th. We are not sure who they are selling to or what will be here next but we wish them the best and will cherish the 18 years that we have made this building our home. Thanks to Clyde and Mary Lou Porter for our partnership, we provided amazing live art to this corridor of the West Valley and will always honor our time here. We never expected to leave this space as we considered it home, so this heart wrenching, but the show will go on and we will find a way. We are currently looking for new locations and need your support. 
Let's show the world what true community support looks like. Let's show how to mobilize around supporting local live theatre. We all need a break from our realities and theatre is one of the greatest gifts of all. Theatre peeks into worlds that can make you laugh, cry, think, connect and most of all unite us with humanity. 
We are a sustainable non-profit but we need donations to help us find our new home.  We appreciate your support of live theatre and celebrating the arts  through your resources.
