Lucky's Lounge & The Lansdowne Pub
We all know that the restaurant industry has been hit hard during the pandemic, but the local music industry has been hit just as hard and doesn’t have the support behind them to get the word out. In order to over come this, as you all know, Lucky's hosted different musicians seven days a week pre covid. To off set this, we have developed a state-of-the-art sound system that could be live streamed into multiple venues from a safe, offsite location. The performers are filmed and streamed live. The bands can interact with the guests in real time that are inside the different restaurants.
The Lyons Group has created "Save The Stage Boston" on March 13th to help the local musicians and DJs get through this with a little help. The money raised from Save The Stage Boston will ensure live music seven days a week and employ musicians to operate the computer, lighting and sound boards for each other. The virtual benefit concert will be one that is online, through the musicians' social media platforms, and participating venues, but can also be enjoyed in person at Lucky’s Lounge, and The Lansdowne Pub.
Lucky's & Lansdowne Pub encourage people to make reservations if they would like to show their support in person and bring back the nostalgia of live music (or as close as we can get right now). For those that still want to support from the comfort of their own home, we encourage to donate to Save the Stage Boston on our GoFundMePage (link go fund me page here).
Save the Stage Boston is proudly sponsored by Down East Cider. The musicians that are participating in the fundraiser will be Kali Stoddard, Pat Dowling, KR Show and the Blue Light Bandits, with DJ Frank White & DJ Damand playing in between sets.
